Not A Memoir - Intro

I’ve thought about why I am the way that I am. 

Not in some ‘woe is me, my life is so hard,’ way. At least, not since my teens, and what teen girl doesn’t think she’s a misunderstood monster? 

No, I think about it because, no matter how much I’ve tried to believe otherwise, I am different from most people. But instead of waxing poetic about all my differences, it’ll probably be more effective to show you. And to do that, we have to walk through time a bit.
